By purchasing from our website, you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy. Our goal is to provide high quality product or services to our customers and want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are not satisfied with any of our product or service you can request for a refund.
In order for us to process your refund with no delays we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:
- We only accept refunds requests made within 21 days after purchase date
- After requesting a refund, you agree to stop using any of our product/service
- We also reserve the right to disable any Account, product keys, services, vouchers and/or serial numbers issued for the refunded products
- We do not charge any refund handling fees
- We are unable to refund if the request of refund is made after the timeline given above
How long does it take to process a refund?
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
